Scheduling Options

Our students can choose one or a combination of all three scheduling options, as we are happy to adapt to changes in your own schedule throughout the year. If you have any questions about our scheduling options, please contact us.

We also offer group (or studio) sessions that allow for a less expensive hourly rate: these sessions have a maximum of five students. Please call our office for information about times, dates, and specific subjects and exams!

Scheduling Policy

  • Sessions are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Students may schedule sessions by contacting us directly via text, call, or email, or through our Calendly links provided on our website.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.

  • Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, will be billed at the full rate.

  • A student utilizing the weekly routine, membership, or combination schedules will be removed from the schedule if he or she cancels sessions more than twice monthly, as we can only reserve weekly times for students who will attend regularly.

Emma, 2025

"Their ability to break down complex material with clarity and precision, all while fostering genuine encouragement, is something special that you can’t just teach someone to do. Their dedication, insight, and ability to make any subject matter feel manageable is something that deserves recognition and cannot be replicated. Even the short 60 or 90-minute sessions feel as productive as several hours of independent work, and I leave feeling confident, capable, and motivated. "
