Big Future Academics ("we," "us," or "our") provides academic tutoring, test preparation, and educational consulting services for high school, college, graduate, and professional students. Services may be delivered in-person or online, depending on the agreement.

2. Scheduling and Cancellations

• Sessions are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Students may schedule sessions by contacting us directly via text, call, or email, or through our Calendly links provided on our website.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.

• Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, will be billed at the full rate.

3. Payment and Fees

• Standard rate is $80 per hour unless otherwise specified.

• Payment is due prior to or at the time of the session unless otherwise arranged.

• Clients may place a card on file for automatic billing and no-hassle payments.

• Discounts and packages (e.g., summer offers) must be paid in advance and used within the defined promotional period.

• Payments are accepted via credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, cash, check, Zelle, or other approved methods listed on our site or invoices.

4. Refunds and Expiration

• Prepaid sessions and packages are non-refundable once sessions have been scheduled.

• Promotional sessions (e.g., free hours from summer packages) have no cash value and must be used by the specified deadline.

• Packages must be used within 6 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed.

5. Academic Integrity

We do not complete homework, write essays, or engage in any activity that violates academic integrity policies. Clients are expected to use our services ethically and in compliance with their school or institution's rules.

6. Guarantee and Outcomes

While we are committed to helping every student improve and succeed, we cannot guarantee specific grades, test scores, or admissions outcomes. Student progress depends on individual effort, attendance, and adherence to our recommendations.

7. Privacy and Data

We respect your privacy. Any information shared with us—including contact details, academic records, or payment information—will be kept confidential and used solely for educational and business purposes.

8. Communication

We may contact clients via email, text, or phone for scheduling, reminders, follow-up, or promotions. You may opt out of promotional messages at any time by contacting us.
