Refund Policy

At Big Future Academics, we strive to deliver exceptional value and outcomes through our tutoring and test preparation services. Because our sessions are scheduled in advance and your tutor commits time and resources to your learning, our refund policy is structured to protect both the student and our instructors’ time.

1. Single Sessions

• Payments for one-time sessions are non-refundable once the session has occurred.

• If a session is canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice, no charge will be applied.

• Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or "no-shows," are non-refundable and will be charged in full.

2. Packages and Promotional Offers

• Prepaid packages and promotional offers (e.g., "Buy 10 hours, get 2 free") are non-refundable once any portion of the package has been used.

• Promotional "free" sessions or bonus hours have no cash value and cannot be redeemed or refunded separately.

• All packages must be used within 6 months of purchase, unless otherwise noted at the time of sale. Unused sessions after this time may be forfeited.

3. Summer Programs and Specials

• Deposits or payments made for summer programs and specials are non-refundable unless the program is canceled by Big Future Academics.

• Students may reschedule sessions within the summer window as availability permits, but no refunds or extensions beyond the promotional period will be granted.

4. Extenuating Circumstances

We understand that emergencies happen. In rare cases of documented medical or family emergencies, refunds or credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
